Sunn morgenmad

Yesterday evening I made chia pudding, a very blog friendly breakfast. ;p Chia seeds are superfood, so I guess I will turn into a superwoman now. I don’t think chia puddig tastes very good alone, but together with mango and blueberries it’s pretty tasty. I imagine that it’s going to taste like rice pudding, but unfortunatly it doesn’t. Anyways, a nice start of the day, and I feel very healthy.

It’s very easy to make chia pudding, just mix chia seeds with milk and whatever you want to use as a sweetner. I have used a mix between normal milk and rice milk, plus a bit stevia sugar. Put it in the fridge the night over, and the next day you will have a sticky pudding. Top with what you would like, I think mango is perfect.
